1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen blackberries

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup vanilla yogurt

Preparation Method

  1. Place the pomegranate (or cranberry) juice in the blender, followed by the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and yogurt.
  2. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
  3. Use the tamper as needed to stir the mixture or to add a little more liquid and blend longer.
