Broiled Fresh Peaches with Buttered Rum Sauce

Preparation Method
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons rum on peaches and sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Let rest 10 minutes for peaches to absorb rum and sugar.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan on Wolf cooktop over high heat, bring 1/2 cup brown sugar and butter to a boil to dissolve sugar.
- Add cream, rum and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes until thick.
- While simmering sauce, put peaches into a broiler safe dish.
- Position oven rack to position 5. Place peaches in oven. Heat Wolf electric oven on BROIL 1.
- Broil peaches for 8 to 12 minutes or until caramelized. Serve peaches with sauce over ice cream.
