Ingredients

1/2 cup flour1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
2 1/3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional Toppings:
Frosting, fresh fruit, crumbled candy bars and cookies, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and sprinkles.SPECIAL SUPPLIES
10-ounce glass mason jars
Preparation Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk, oil, and salt and mix until combined.
- Spray the inside of each jar with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using half the batter, divide between jars. Sprinkle each jar with 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips. Top each jar with the remaining batter.
- Place the jars into the oven on the round glass tray. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 40 seconds.
