Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf charbroiler on HIGH or Wolf outdoor grill on MEDIUM HIGH for 15 minutes.
  2. Place whole bananas on grate and grill bananas 8 to 10 minutes or until charred and softened, turning bananas over every minute.
  3. Once done, cut a slit lengthwise in each banana through the peel. Pinch to open and place on a plate.
  4. Top each banana with crème fraîche, honey and raspberries. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
