Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf charbroiler for 15 minutes.
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place on the charbroiler and brown for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.
  4. Drizzled with vinegar, if desired.
