Preparation Method
- Place 15 cups (3.5 L) water into the steamer basin.
- Heat the Wolf steamer module at 200°F (95°C), covered with the glass lid.
- Place perforated insert pan in steamer. Add all ingredients. Cover with the glass lid.
- Cook until the fish is tender, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
- Remove the insert pan and carefully remove the fish.
