Sweet and Sour Grilled Quail
BEFORE YOU START: Cut off ends of quail wings; cut quail in half lengthwise. Mix all ingredients in plastic bag. Marinate in Sub-Zero refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than one day.

Preparation Method
- Preheat Wolf outdoor grill or charbroiler on HIGH for 10 minutes with hood closed.
- Position Wolf electric oven rack to position 3. At same time preheat oven in CONVECTION at 400°F.
- Remove quail from marinade and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Place quail on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place in oven 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
